Print Medical Release/Waiver Form Tuition Tuition is prorated and paid in nine equal installments, September through May. Payments should be made at the first lesson of each month. If payment is not received by the 10th of the month a $5.00 late fee will be assessed. Additional Fees Include: Registration Fee (due upon enrollment) $30 Costume Deposit (due November 1st) $50/costume Costume Balance (due February 1st) $10-$40 based on individual costume Prices listed below are based on hours dance per week. The amount noted is paid monthly. Families with more than one dancer may combine their hours for a maximum discount. All payments are non-refundable. Class Placement Dancers are assigned their classes based on experience, technique and progress. Although enrollment in ballet is not mandatory, we strongly suggest our dancers take ballet at least once a week. Dancers who study ballet technique have a better understanding of other dance styles and body placement. Technical Track and Company classes require an audition. Purchase of company leotard, warm up, tights, shoes, and any other required costume pieces 5. Attend community performances as scheduled 6. Attend extra rehearsals as needed (additional fees apply) 7. Participation in American Academy of Ballet Program Dress Code Dancewear and shoes may be purchased online. Introductory Class items are available at www.dancewearsolutions.com. All other class items are available at www.discountdancesupply.com. Dancers should be dressed appropriately for all classes at Elation Dance Center. Dancers will not be allowed to participate in class unless they are dressed in the required dancewear. Closings will be recorded on our voicemail by 10 am.
